A character that stays itself
Personality settings shape how the avatar responds. Its emotional state develops over time and drives facial expression, voice and words together.
Avatar brings personality and memory to digital conversation. A companion for everyday life, and an assistant for work.

Meet Lisa, the digital character from our Avatar project: first through deliberately acted facial expressions, then through spontaneous conversation.
Personality, emotion and memory are part of the system that controls the character.

The software controls facial movement directly. Separating the character from its display creates a foundation for future robot integration.
Specialist knowledge and individual character profiles allow the same platform to serve different professional and personal contexts.
The system can run on-site. This gives organisations an option for keeping conversations and processing within their own environment.

The commercial model is designed to earn from ongoing use, with additional services as customer needs grow.
Web and app subscriptions, site licences for deployed systems and planned per-robot licences form the core model.
Personalised appearance, voice and character, specialist knowledge, additional languages and integrations expand the offering.
Hardware is intended to come from partners, with Galatea focused on the avatar software, configuration and operation. These are business-model plans, not reported revenue.
The digital platform provides the starting point for customer demonstrations and deployments.
The roadmap targets 3–5 pilots in retail, hospitality and care in 2027, followed by broader distribution and partner tools.
From 2030, the plan is to bring the same persona and memory into partner-built robots.
Future milestones are planning targets. They do not represent completed deployments or guaranteed delivery dates.
